Can you remember some of your favorites smells back when you were a child? Scented markers, newly spun cotton candy, even Bath and Body Works lotions and misting sprays (Cucumber Melon-yum!). Adulthood doesn’t mean we grew past our childhood favorites, our palates and sense of smell transformed, as our bodies did the same.
Launched in 2004, Aquolina’s Pink Sugar, paved the way in perfumes for both young girls and sophisticated woman looking for sweet smells and childhood nostalgia.
Tapping into your childhood, Pink Sugar mixes familiar aromas like vanilla, raspberry, strawberry, Lily of the Valley, and caramel creating a gourmet elixir of pure satisfaction.
Pink Sugar Review
A clear bottle of a wrap-around lace ribbon. The cap is a lovely thulian pink shade, foiled wrap around pink ribbon with a hot pink swirl on the top of the cap. Fun and Flirty, the bottle is tailored to ‘stand out’ in the crowd just as its essence. Pink Sugar comes in 1.0oz, 1.7oz, and 3.4oz at most retailers.
A white cylinder tube lined with puffy cardboard-esque stock, resembling the colors and style of the bottle itself.
Pink – Sophistication, Sincerity, Feminine
Top: Fig Leaves, Raspberry, Sicilian Orange, and Bergamot
Heart: Strawberry, Cotton Candy, Licorice, Lily of the Valley, Red Berries
Base: Sandalwood, Tonka Bean, Caramel, Vanilla Musk
The top three notes that really stand out are cotton candy, caramel, and vanilla.
Certainly, I can longer count how many times someone says it smells like fresh baked cookies or candy when I walk in the room.
Pink Sugar brings a playful, mischievous vibe along with the memories of grandma’s house when she just baked fresh cookies.
